Warehouse Representative (f/m/d)

Location: Estenfeld, Germany; onsite warehouse role

hirify.global develops technologies and test devices for clinical trials, including digital patient diaries, lung function devices, and blood pressure devices.

What you will do

• Process incoming materials, supplies, and inventory receipts.
• Receive, unpack, enter, serialize, barcode, and label inventory items.
• Transport materials between receiving, warehouse, and production areas.
• Perform inventory counts in the ERP system and coordinate material flow between internal and external warehouses.
• Pick and commission work orders while maintaining warehouse cleanliness.

Requirements

• High school diploma, college qualification, apprenticeship, or equivalent professional training.
• 0–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or industrial administrative work.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
• Basic German and advanced English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, cross-functionally, and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, dependability, and flexibility to work additional hours when needed.
