Financial Advisor - CIRO-ID

Location: Burlington, Ontario; on-site full-time at 3111 Appleby Line. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance is required.

What you will do

• Build and grow a dedicated client portfolio through relationship management and exceptional client service.
• Provide tailored advice across day-to-day banking, investments, lending, estate planning, home ownership, and business needs.
• Develop local-market sales plans, convert leads, generate opportunities, and increase referrals.
• Build relationships through networking, community events, marketing, and outreach activities.
• Act as a single point of contact and deliver the Imperial Service approach for assigned clients.

Requirements

• Postsecondary degree or diploma and/or four years of relevant experience.
• Current CIRO-ID accreditation and good standing for CIRO-ID licensing.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• Experience or capability in financial advising, client service, investments, lending, portfolio management, and business development.
• Strong relationship-building, networking, communication, initiative, and goal-oriented skills.
• For Quebec roles: current AMF licensing, CIFC or CSC completion, and RRC; additional CSI/ICB courses are an asset.
