What you will do

• Support the development and execution of HR strategies, initiatives, policies, and practices.
• Coordinate HR operations, own selected processes and projects, and improve workflows and service delivery.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues, business stakeholders, and key partners on cross-functional initiatives.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, employee queries, and employee relations matters.
• Analyze HR data and reporting to provide insights for decision-making and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an international or matrix organization.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, best practices, Danish labor law, collective bargaining agreements, and Danish employment practices.
• Experience with HR data, reporting, and basic analytics.
• Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Danish and English.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting or leading HR projects and initiatives.
• Exposure to HR systems and data tools.
• Relevant HR certifications such as HRBP or SHRM-CP.
• Knowledge of additional Nordic languages.
