Technical Design Architect - Data Management

Location: Remote, United States. Travel 10–25% based on customer needs and business priorities.

Annual base salary: $107,000–$230,000 USD, with potential incentive pay and/or equity.

hirify.global Data Intelligence provides the Inventa platform for discovering, classifying, and contextualizing data across cloud, on-premises, and edge environments to improve AI accuracy and reduce data risk.

What you will do

• Architect and deploy scalable Inventa solutions for enterprise customer environments.
• Design integrations with on-premises databases, file servers, cloud storage, SaaS applications, and data lakes through APIs.
• Diagnose and resolve architectural issues involving network connectivity, access permissions, resource utilization, performance, and reliability.
• Create architecture guides, technical documentation, and knowledge base content with reusable design patterns.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve platform usability, features, and deployment efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical architecture, solutions architecture, professional services, or customer-facing implementation.
• Expertise in designing complex data systems and enterprise API integrations.
• Hands-on experience with system and data administration, Kubernetes, Helm, Python, PowerShell, and regex.
• Ability to design secure data architectures aligned with compliance frameworks such as GDPR and HIPAA.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
