Associate Relationship Manager

Location: On-site full-time in Brampton, Ontario, Canada

What you will do

• Support client origination, relationship management, and portfolio management alongside the Relationship Manager.
• Connect with existing and prospective clients and Centres of Influence to identify growth and revenue opportunities.
• Research industries, clients, and prospects to identify business development and financing opportunities.
• Assist with financing and cash management proposals, pricing strategies, and digital banking adoption.
• Perform financial analysis and credit due diligence, following banking policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Support client events, sales initiatives, referrals, and temporary coverage of vacant portfolios.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Well-developed knowledge of credit products, lending practices, credit analysis, compliance standards, and financial statement interpretation.
• Knowledge of sales practices and experience in a professional, fast-paced sales and service environment.
• Ability to complete risk activities and follow established banking policies and procedures.
• Legal eligibility to work at the specified Canadian location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• Client-focused, accountable, collaborative, and comfortable taking ownership of results.
