Senior Manager, Global EH&S (R5590)

Location: Dallas, Texas or Seattle, Washington. On-site.

What you will do

• Design, build, and lead the corporate EH&S governance program.
• Develop and maintain enterprise-wide EH&S policies, standards, governance, and management systems across corporate facilities.
• Own compliance, regulatory reporting, audits, documentation, agency relationships, and corrective actions.
• Establish metrics, governance processes, and executive reporting to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead emergency preparedness, business continuity planning, and oversight of corporate security programs.
• Lead and develop the EH&S team while partnering with Facilities, Legal, HR, Security, and business leaders.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive EH&S experience, including leadership of corporate EH&S programs or compliance initiatives.
• Experience developing and implementing enterprise EH&S policies, governance, and compliance programs.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Experience managing regulatory compliance, audits, reporting, and corrective actions.
• Ability to partner cross-functionally with Facilities, Legal, HR, Security, and business leaders.
• Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.

Nice to have

• CSP, CIH, CHMM, or similar professional certification.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or other highly regulated industries.
• Experience building or scaling corporate EH&S programs across multiple sites.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or similar management systems.
• Experience with emergency preparedness, business continuity, or corporate security programs.
