Member Experience Manager

Location: On-site in Phoenix or Scottsdale, Arizona, 5 days a week; candidates must live within an easy commute

Salary: Annual base compensation starts at $70,000; performance-related bonus of up to $11,000 may also be available.

What you will do

• Manage the operations and communications for an hirify.global workplace location.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and problem solver for members.
• Identify companies’ needs, provide tours, and recommend workplace solutions through a consultative sales approach.
• Build relationships with the local business community and identify potential members.
• Plan and deliver engaging community programming and events.
• Represent hirify.global while coordinating a smooth and exceptional member experience.

Requirements

• Must be available to work on-site 5 days per week in Phoenix or Scottsdale and live within an easy commute.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to organize multiple operational and communication needs.
• Comfort communicating with business leaders, including CEOs.
• Ability to handle varied member requests and respond effectively to challenging and unpredictable situations.
• Ability to combine hands-on execution with big-picture business thinking.
• Energetic, collaborative, people-oriented approach.
