College Intern - Engineering (Smart Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Follow up on process and equipment technical and engineering activities.
• Improve process and tooling performance across quality, yield, machine uptime, process characterization, OEE, and throughirify.globalut.
• Perform product failure analysis and product testing.
• Work on process and product characterization and improvement projects.
• Explore new manufacturing technologies aligned with Industrial 4.0.
• Complete projects matched to academic background and interests.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronic/Electrical, Mechatronic, Manufacturing, Material Science, or a related field.
• Internship must begin after November 2026 or in 2027.
• Strong analytical thinking and data analytics skills.
• Fundamental knowledge of statistics, probability, or data analytics.
• Ability to create real-time dashboards and reports that communicate trends and insights.
• Problem-solving skills; include the internship start and end dates on the resume.
