What you will do

• Analyze existing manufacturing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and digitization.
• Design and implement digital systems, including dashboards, workflow tools, and integrations.
• Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or an equivalent practical experience.
• Translate business problems into technical solutions.
• Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrate problem-solving, systems thinking, and adaptability.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of software engineering, data engineering, or AI/ML.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• Experience with Python.
• Experience with generative AI, including LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI agents.
