Supply Chain Ops Lead (3D Printing)

What you will do

• Support new 3D printer product industrialization by ensuring timely parts availability during accelerated NPI schedules.
• Maintain parts availability for current printers, accessories, service, and long-term care products.
• Drive manufacturing partners and internal stakeholders to resolve parts specification, materials availability, and quality issues.
• Act as the escalation point for manufacturing partner factories on overall materials availability and operational continuity.
• Manage accountability across turnkey and guided turnkey parts or commodity owners to sustain production uptime and shipment requirements.
• Contribute to operational performance goals covering cost, quality, delivery, and factory efficiency.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated competence.
• Typically 4–7 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain; an advanced degree with 3–5 years of experience may also qualify.
• Experience coordinating internal teams, manufacturing partners, procurement stakeholders, and project activities.
• Strong communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity.
• Ability to address moderately complex supply chain issues within established guidelines and provide direction to project teams.
