Manager, 3PL Partner Excellence, Asia Pacific (MedTech)

Location: Singapore, Singapore. The role requires occasional travel and less than 5% absence from home.

What you will do

• Deploy a harmonized 3PL partner management framework, standards, processes, governance, and operational controls across APAC.
• Own APAC partner segmentation, engagement plans, account plans, and governance for more than 20 distribution centers and multiple logistics partners.
• Partner with Global Transformation, Procurement, Deliver Operations, Finance, and Network Strategy on contracting standards and partner lifecycle management.
• Establish performance reporting, KPI management, benchmarking, cost-gap analytics, continuous improvement, and centralized workflow tools.
• Operationalize contracts through RACI, budget and CPO controls, escalation processes, audits, reporting cadences, and business-development initiatives.
• Shape governance and implementation standards for distribution-center and supplier transitions, including RFQ templates and transition playbooks.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or partner and vendor coordination.
• Experience with warehousing, transportation, 3PL-managed logistics, contract manufacturing, or supply chain transformation.
• Regional experience managing operations, suppliers, or providers across multiple markets.
• Strong governance, stakeholder management, executive communication, analytical, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and execute in highly matrixed, cross-functional environments.
• Strong compliance and quality orientation with detailed operational and technical involvement.

Nice to have

• MBA or experience in MedTech, high-tech, pharma, FMCG, or another complex regulated industry.
• Experience in value realization, transformation governance, operational strategy, or translating operational improvements into financial results.
• Experience implementing AI and digital capabilities.
• Lean Six Sigma or ADKAR certification.
