NPI Materials Project Management (Semiconductor): Coordinating materials strategies, supplier sourcing, commercialization plans, and engineering requirements for new semiconductor products with an accent on demand planning, supplier performance, and materials change control. Focus on resolving supplier quality issues, managing critical and long-lead parts, negotiating cost and delivery targets, and executing cross-functional product development activities.
Location: Singapore, Singapore; travel required up to 10% of the time. Relocation is not available.

What you will do
- Forecast engineering, materials, and manufacturing requirements and communicate demand signals to suppliers.
- Coordinate product development deliverables across buyers, planners, production control, engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams.
- Create, release, and update materials strategies and execute commercialization transition plans.
- Support supplier selection, price and delivery negotiations, risk assessments, and supplier performance monitoring.
- Manage materials change control, cost objectives, quality issues, key process indicators, and landed-cost targets.
- Identify critical and long-lead parts, define inspection requirements, and resolve supplier quality issues with engineering and quality teams.
Requirements
- Conceptual and practical expertise in materials or a related project and supply-chain discipline.
- Knowledge of best practices and how materials management integrates with related business functions.
- Ability to solve complex problems using information from multiple sources and exercise sound judgment.
- Experience building consensus and explaining difficult or sensitive information.
- Ability to act as a resource for less experienced colleagues and lead small projects.
- Availability to work in Singapore and travel up to 10% of the time.
