Senior Solutions Architect (AI)

What you will do

• Co-lead the architecture and development of web portals, cloud applications, automated document generation systems, and supporting platform services.
• Design APIs, service architectures, system integrations, authentication and authorization patterns, and scalable data movement workflows.
• Build production solutions across infrastructure and user interfaces using Python, TypeScript, Next.js, React, AWS, and Terraform.
• Evaluate and prototype LLM APIs, AI agent frameworks, MCP servers, and agentic workflows for commercial processes and customer touchpoints.
• Optimize performance, debug production issues and Lambda functions, improve reliability, and support high-volume datasets and enterprise deployment.
• Collaborate with Analytics Engineers, Product, Sales, Commercial, Data Engineering, and IT teams while mentoring engineers and guiding technical decisions.

Requirements

• Expert-level Python development experience building production applications.
• Expert-level AWS experience with Lambda, ECS/Fargate, S3, and API Gateway.
• Experience deploying and managing containerized applications with Docker.
• Strong SQL and data warehouse experience, plus hands-on Terraform and Infrastructure as Code experience.
• Proficiency with Git and modern CI/CD workflows.
• Experience designing multi-component software systems, making architecture trade-offs, and taking solutions from design through production deployment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Next.js, React, TypeScript, Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, or Cloud Run.
• Knowledge of SSO, SAML, OAuth, RBAC, high-volume data processing, B2B SaaS, sales enablement, or CRM platforms.
• Experience scaling MVPs into enterprise-grade platforms and working in Agile environments with tools such as JIRA.
• Experience with LLM APIs, AI-powered production features, MCP, AI agent frameworks, automated document generation, or data visualization libraries.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and understand the impact of technical decisions on business outcomes and user adoption.
