AI Solutions Architect

Location: USA — hybrid, with remote work and some travel for customer meetings and project delivery. Applicants must have the legal right to live and work in the USA.

What you will do

• Design, integrate, and guide the deployment of LLM and machine learning solutions in customer environments.
• Act as the primary technical contact for customer projects, leading requirements gathering, workshops, demos, presentations, and technical discussions.
• Translate customer needs into clear architectures, specifications, deliverables, and project documentation.
• Coordinate customers, business development, engineering, research, compliance, and project management teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Define and enforce privacy, data governance, security, and ethical AI standards, including GDPR and CCPA compliance.
• Monitor production model performance and address drift, bias, fairness, scalability, and reliability issues while mentoring researchers and engineers.

Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Production experience with data science, ML algorithms, predictive modeling, LLM fine-tuning, and integration into customer systems.
• Strong Python and SQL skills, plus experience with ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, or Transformers.
• Cloud deployment experience; GCP is preferred, while AWS and Azure expertise is valued. Experience with multi-cloud and hybrid integration is required.
• Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, data governance, privacy, security, and ethical AI practices.
• Proven customer-facing experience in the US and legal authorization to live and work in the USA; visa sponsorship is not available.

• Experience in fintech or financial product domains.
• Publications, patents, or public speaking experience in AI/ML.
• Knowledge of AI fairness, bias mitigation, and explainability frameworks.
• Experience guiding cross-functional technical delivery teams.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams across academic, business, and scientific backgrounds.
