What you will do

• Define the technology and design roadmap for digital interfaces across web, desktop, and mobile.
• Oversee the end-to-end design and frontend development of the Neuraverse platform.
• Lead and develop an interdisciplinary team of frontend engineers and UX/UI designers.
• Transition prototypes and design concepts into production-grade, performant, maintainable, and scalable products.
• Establish component libraries, interaction patterns, motion design, accessibility standards, and cross-platform consistency.
• Select and manage external design, frontend, and tooling partners.

Requirements

• Completed studies in interaction design, computer science, media informatics, or a comparable field.
• 8–10 years of experience in frontend engineering, UX/product design, or digital product leadership.
• Several years of experience shipping production-grade digital products with component libraries, design systems, and cross-platform development.
• 8–10 years of experience leading interdisciplinary teams and managing external partners across design and engineering.
• Experience aligning digital experience strategy with product managers, business stakeholders, platform goals, and commercial objectives.
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards, iOS/Android platform guidelines, and design system governance.
