Senior Data Analyst - Growth/Marketing

What you will do

• Build comprehensive indicator systems and monitoring and analysis frameworks aligned with business goals and models.
• Monitor business performance, identify issues, and investigate changes and root causes across large datasets.
• Conduct thematic analyses that support operational decisions, marketing strategies, and product direction.
• Develop reusable analysis methods and monitoring frameworks, identify data product requirements, and coordinate delivery with development and product teams.
• Organize training and knowledge-sharing sessions on data technology concepts, tools, and methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in statistics, mathematics, information technology, economics, or a related field, plus 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in big data analytics, logical analysis, business modeling, and extracting actionable conclusions from large datasets.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and independent preparation of business data analysis reports.
• Strong communication, presentation, teamwork, cross-functional collaboration, and project execution skills.
• Fluent English skills required.
• Adaptability and time-management skills for a fast-paced environment.
