TL;DR
Senior Analyst, Data & AI Enablement (Data Analytics/AI): Translating APAC Real Estate business requirements into data products, analytical solutions, and AI-enabled capabilities with an accent on data governance, reporting enablement, and process optimization. Focus on identifying AI use cases, improving data quality and lineage, and supporting scalable reporting and decision-making across investment and operations teams.
Location: Hong Kong, Hong Kong. Hybrid workplace model requiring work in the designated office at least four days per week and one day outside an office.

What you will do
- Act as the primary liaison between APAC Real Estate and the Real Estate Technology organisation.
- Build stakeholder relationships, facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and document current and future-state processes.
- Translate business needs into data, technology, reporting, and analytical requirements.
- Support business intelligence, self-service reporting, KPI definition, and the reduction of manual reporting and spreadsheet dependency.
- Promote data governance, ownership, stewardship, terminology management, data quality, metadata, and data lineage practices.
- Identify and evaluate AI use cases, support business cases, define requirements for AI-enabled solutions, and encourage responsible AI adoption.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, technology delivery, reporting, or related disciplines.
- Experience working with both business and technology stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience documenting business requirements and process flows.
- Experience supporting reporting or data programmes.
- Desirable technical knowledge includes Snowflake, Power BI, SQL, data modelling, data governance frameworks, Microsoft Copilot, generative AI, and AWS data platforms.
Nice to have
- Experience in real estate investment management, private markets, or asset management.
- Experience with data governance initiatives, data quality programmes, analytics and reporting platforms, or AI and generative AI initiatives.
