Senior Claims Examiner, Management Liability

Location: Any hirify.global office in the United States; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Salary: $78,000–$107,250 national average base salary, plus 15% incentive.

What you will do

• Investigate, negotiate, and settle complex primary and excess management liability claims, including D&O, EPL, and fiduciary liability matters.
• Analyze coverage, make coverage determinations, draft correspondence, and manage claims involving coverage litigation.
• Manage nationwide litigation, including appointing and directing defense counsel and pursuing economical claim resolution.
• Coordinate with underwriting, claims management, vendors, legal collections, TPAs, brokers, and other internal and external stakeholders.
• Report adverse developments, maintain internal procedures and reporting requirements, and contribute to claims initiatives and action plans.
• Provide training and technical guidance to other team members while working with minimal oversight.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of management liability claims or litigation experience preferred.
• College degree and/or professional designation required; JD preferred.
• Excess liability claims or litigation experience is advantageous.
• Ability to analyze and communicate complex issues, develop action plans, and work collaboratively.
• US work authorization required.
• Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
