What you will do
- Partner with business and non-R&D teams to identify workflows, bottlenecks, and opportunities for GenAI and AI agents.
- Translate ambiguous business needs into AI use cases, MVP definitions, solution designs, success metrics, and rollout plans.
- Build and deliver enterprise GenAI applications, agentic workflows, workflow automations, RAG tools, decision-support tools, and internal integrations.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and lead Build vs. Buy analyses focused on scalability, security, and measurable value.
- Develop the Enterprise AI technology stack by integrating LLM orchestration tools, platforms, and agentic frameworks.
- Drive product adoption, performance optimization, AI enablement, and collaboration across IS, IT, Legal, Data, business, and technical teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a hands-on technical role, including 1+ year delivering AI, GenAI, agentic, or automation solutions for business or operational users.
- Demonstrated experience shipping tools, automations, workflows, internal products, or prototypes used by real users.
- Hands-on knowledge of prompt engineering, the LLM lifecycle, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, fine-tuning, AI agents, tool use, human-in-the-loop workflows, evaluations, and responsible AI.
- Experience implementing enterprise GenAI platforms such as Gemini Enterprise or Claude Chat.
- Experience developing agentic workflows with tools such as Google ADK, AgentCore, and Workato.
- Experience with go-to-market projects, GTM technology and practices, project management, product ownership, stakeholder discovery, and technical communication.

- Full-stack web development experience.
- Mastery of coding agent tools and vibe coding best practices.
