AI Engineer (LLM)

What you will do

• Design, build, and iterate on LLM-powered applications, including RAG systems, agents, and fine-tuned models.
• Develop agentic workflows that automate complex, multi-step tasks across research, data analysis, and engineering pipelines.
• Build internal tools and assistants for algorithm researchers, mapping experts, and engineers.
• Evaluate and integrate foundation models, frameworks, prompt-engineering techniques, fine-tuning, tool use, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Design evaluation methodologies for the quality, reliability, and safety of LLM-based systems.
• Collaborate with Algorithms, Mapping, and Software teams to move prototypes into production-grade systems.

Requirements

• Experience working at the intersection of computer vision, deep learning, and modern AI.
• Ability to design and deploy LLM-powered applications and agentic AI systems.
• Experience with RAG, model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, tool use, and agent orchestration.
• Ability to create reliable evaluation methodologies for AI systems.
• Strong collaboration skills when working with researchers, engineers, and domain experts.
