Senior Applied AI Engineer (AI)

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel; hybrid work with at least three office days per week for team members based near key hubs

What you will do

• Embed with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement, and Customer Success teams to identify and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities.
• Own AI solutions from requirements gathering and planning through deployment, adoption measurement, and iteration.
• Act as a technical partner and AI advisor to business function leaders, translating workflows into engineering plans.
• Build internal and external AI-driven workflows using shared MCP servers, RAG systems, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails.
• Deliver hands-on AI enablement and training for non-R&D teams.
• Measure and report on adoption impact, process improvements, and business outcomes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience and a strong record of shipping production systems.
• Experience working directly with non-technical teams on technology-driven transformation.
• Strong communication, product judgment, critical thinking, autonomy, and comfort with ambiguity.
• Passion for LLMs, prompt engineering, GenAI, foundation models, agentic workflows, RAG, agents, and tool use.
• Hands-on experience building AI-driven workflows, agentic frameworks, evaluations, RAG systems, MCPs, or skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English; hybrid work requires at least three office days per week near a key hub.

Nice to have

• Led or played a central role in an AI or digital transformation initiative with measurable results.
• Experience in product management, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.
• Familiarity with CRM, BI, and marketing automation ecosystems.
• Experience designing and delivering technical training or enablement programs.
