Senior Implementation Consultant (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Oslo, Norway or Stockholm, Sweden

What you will do

• Deliver business and technical consulting services for client implementation projects.
• Analyse client processes and requirements to design efficient workflows using SS&C Advent solutions.
• Configure systems, perform data migration and testing, prepare documentation, and train users.
• Own assigned project deliverables or lead end-to-end implementations for smaller engagements.
• Advise on system enhancements, technology integrations, and operational best practices.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams across multiple regions, travelling when required.

Requirements

• Experience in consulting, financial software implementation, asset management, fund accounting, or a similar client-facing environment.
• Strong understanding of investment management, including trade lifecycle, investment operations, onboarding, advisory or discretionary models, and performance reporting.
• Knowledge of equities, fixed income, funds, derivatives, and private equity.
• Technical knowledge of MS SQL, REST APIs, ASP.NET-based technologies, integration concepts, application servers, hosting environments, and networking fundamentals.
• Strong communication, documentation, analytical, problem-solving, and client expectation management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Commerce, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Nice to have

• Experience with SS&C Advent products, wealth or portfolio management platforms, or IIS deployment.
