Technical Consultant II (Fintech)

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment. Travel of up to 20% is required.

Salary: $108,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Oversee the design, delivery, implementation, and launch of enterprise banking software solutions.
• Meet with clients to define solution dependencies, conduct discovery and demonstrations, and refine business and technical requirements.
• Identify technical challenges and recommend improvements focused on client satisfaction, efficiency, and scalability.
• Coordinate with development, configuration, project management, support teams, and third-party vendors to resolve complex integrations.
• Audit client environments, support upgrades and troubleshooting, and help resolve project, business, and technical issues.
• Provide technical leadership, maintain documentation and toolsets, and share knowledge across the consulting organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical experience.
• 3+ years of customer-facing and client interaction experience.
• 3+ years of experience with banking core systems such as FIS IBS/Horizon, Fiserv Precision/Premier, or Jack Henry Silverlake.
• Experience with financial services software, core systems, and third-party integrations.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server, Microsoft C#, and ASP.NET is helpful.
• Must be eligible to work in the US; employment sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Silverlake CIF 2020 or Symitar core experience.
• Knowledge of Internet routing, related protocols, and firewall operations.
• Experience designing or implementing scalable, highly available systems.
• Experience in commercial banking, treasury, payments, or cash management.
