Regulatory Reporting Manager (Fintech)

Location: London, Cardiff, or remote within the UK; ad hoc meetings in London may be required.

Salary: £70,600–£83,000 per year plus performance-linked incentive awards.

What you will do

• Identify and interpret regulatory requirements and guidance applicable to regulatory reporting.
• Ensure capital, liquidity, financial, and other regulatory returns are accurate, complete, timely, and compliant.
• Develop, document, maintain, and govern the processes and controls supporting regulatory reporting.
• Work with engineering, data science, Treasury, Risk, Data, and project teams to source reliable data and implement reporting changes.
• Contribute to the automation of regulatory reporting, including implementation, user acceptance testing, and maintenance.
• Drive continuous improvement and support hirify.global’s expansion plans through safe and effective reporting operations.

Requirements

• Experience understanding and operationalising a wide range of regulatory requirements and associated reporting.
• Experience implementing and testing automated reporting solutions at scale.
• Ability to identify improvements, propose solutions, and implement changes quickly and safely.
• Strong planning, organisation, time-management, numerical, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proven team leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to provide empathy and guidance.
• Hands-on approach and experience using technology to automate reporting and capital management.
