Senior Associate, Investor Services - Hybrid (Alternative Investments)

Location: Hybrid in Evansville, Indiana or Bellevue, Washington; work in the local office 6 days per month

Salary: $55,000–$90,000 USD per year in Washington, plus potential discretionary bonus and/or equity awards.

What you will do

• Provide fund administration services for hedge fund and private equity fund clients.
• Act as the main contact for investors and fund managers through email and telephone correspondence.
• Process investor subscriptions and redemptions in line with offering documents and AML requirements.
• Prepare, validate, and distribute investor statements, letters, and related documents.
• Prepare wire transfer instructions, confirm bank cash activity, and communicate updates to fund accounting and management.
• Participate in system and process enhancements and lead small, moderately complex projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of related experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Effective oral, written, and active-listening communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-service orientation.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities, ambiguity, rapid change, and multiple demands in a demanding environment.
• Ability to work in the local office 6 days per month.

Nice to have

• Experience in hedge fund or private equity fund administration and/or investor or shareholder services.
• Knowledge of AML and KYC procedures.
• Experience in financial services.
