Location: Onsite in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia

What you will do

• Install manufacturing machines according to schedule.
• Maintain equipment to support smooth production operations and optimize yield, utilization, and product quality.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Monitor equipment performance indicators and apply corrective actions when targets are missed.
• Follow safety regulations during maintenance and repair work.
• Update machine status during shift handovers.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronic Engineering.
• At least 3 years of working experience.
• Ability to manage routine workloads and ad hoc projects with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, interpersonal, initiative, and strategic-thinking skills.

Nice to have

• Good spoken and written English.
