Senior Growth Manager (Contract)

Location: Remote; candidates must be based in the United Kingdom or on the US East Coast

What you will do

• Develop and execute strategies to grow Reddit’s user base and strengthen communities across international markets.
• Design, run, and iterate on experiments addressing content supply, community density, contribution, discovery, engagement, and user growth.
• Turn successful experiments into repeatable playbooks, processes, and recommendations for different markets.
• Monitor DAU, contribution, content supply, community health, retention, and other ecosystem indicators.
• Partner with Product, Data Science, Marketing, and Community teams to shape priorities and scale successful initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience in user growth, product operations, or market expansion, with a record of executing growth initiatives at scale.
• Entrepreneurial instincts, hands-on execution skills, and the ability to work independently in ambiguous or resource-constrained environments.
• Data-driven approach with proficiency in Excel modeling, working knowledge of SQL, and experience creating scalable processes and automations.
• Strong systems thinking, communication, stakeholder management, attention to detail, and execution focus.
• Ability to balance opportunities across US and international markets; candidates must be based in the UK or on the US East Coast.
