Growth & Campaign Manager (Crypto)

Location: Republic of Korea. Remote-first, work-from-home arrangement; availability may vary depending on the role and team.

What you will do

• Develop and execute localized growth strategies and campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention in Korea.
• Plan, manage, and optimize end-to-end online and offline campaigns, including launches, seasonal promotions, partnerships, and brand initiatives.
• Coordinate with Product, Operations, BD, Compliance, Creative, and Regional Marketing teams to align campaigns with business priorities and local needs.
• Analyze campaign performance and user behavior, track ROI, and turn data into actionable growth improvements.
• Monitor Korean market trends, competitors, user preferences, partners, influencers, communities, and media channels.
• Own campaign calendars, timelines, reporting, localization, budgets, and experimentation to deliver scalable growth channels.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, campaign management, digital marketing, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of the Korean market, user behavior, digital trends, media landscape, and cultural nuances.
• Proven experience planning and executing successful campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong analytical, KPI tracking, project management, cross-functional collaboration, and execution skills.
• Fluency in Korean and professional proficiency in English are required.
• Experience in tech, fintech, crypto, or internet companies is preferred.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with performance marketing, CRM, lifecycle campaigns, partnerships, and community-led growth.
• Knowledge of the crypto/Web3 industry.
