Head of Organic Growth (Crypto)

What you will do

• Own the organic acquisition strategy for hirify.global Pro across SEO, content, social, community, referrals, and partnerships.
• Map the funnel from first touch to first trade, identify drop-off points, and develop reactivation opportunities.
• Partner with Product and Design to improve landing pages, sign-up flows, onboarding, and in-product experiences.
• Run experiments across acquisition channels and funnel stages, scaling effective initiatives and stopping ineffective ones.
• Lead and coach a small team while remaining hands-on with shipping, testing, and optimization.
• Build growth dashboards and collaborate with Legal and Communications on accurate, compliant messaging across regions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2C acquisition or growth marketing, ideally in fintech, crypto, trading, or gaming.
• Experience leading a small team in a player-coach role.
• Strong understanding of product-led growth, UX, funnels, cohorts, attribution, and experimentation.
• Working knowledge of SEO, content, social, lifecycle marketing, and partnerships.
• High AI competency and the ability to use data to make decisions and communicate clear growth insights.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with familiarity with trading culture and terminology.
