Deployment Strategist (US Government)

Location: Hybrid in Fayetteville, NC; must be willing and able to work from the Research Triangle region. Onsite customer work and 25–75% travel are required.

Salary: $110,000–$170,000 per year, excluding benefits, sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and other incentives.

What you will do

• Meet onsite with customer analysts to understand critical questions, workflows, and pain points.
• Identify relevant datasets and work with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate them into stable, extensible data pipelines.
• Build bespoke workflows for new user groups and lead training sessions to drive product adoption and operational impact.
• Present results and proposals to audiences ranging from analysts to C-suite executives.
• Work with Software Engineering and Product Design teams to incorporate field insights into cross-hirify.global products.
• Build and deliver demos and scope potential engagements in new industries and expanding locations.

Requirements

• Active US DoD Secret or higher Security Clearance.
• Willingness and ability to work from the Research Triangle region.
• Ability to travel 25–75%, depending on location and team.
• Ability to take on open-ended problems in unstructured environments.
• Adaptive and introspective approach, with willingness to learn, teach, lead, and follow.

Nice to have

• Experience with programming, scripting, or statistical packages such as Python, R, Matlab, or SQL.
