Manufacturing Quality Engineer, Night Shift

Location: US-CO-Frederick; day-shift onboarding will transition to a night shift working Monday–Thursday, 8:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m.

Salary: $82,480–$128,875 per year, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits.

What you will do

• Provide quality assurance guidance, expertise, services, and oversight for manufacturing processes, data, and products.
• Lead process and product improvements for the Endeavor expansion project and Frederick manufacturing operations.
• Support start-up activities as the quality representative and evaluate quality assurance tools and equipment.
• Create and approve equipment and process SOPs, related documentation, and new product introduction materials.
• Support the transition of products and manufacturing processes from prototype through full production and the complete product lifecycle.
• Review nonconformance documentation and manufacturing-executed documentation while partnering with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent, in the sciences.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a CGMP-regulated environment is required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Ability to work in a process environment with process materials while following safety guidelines.
