ACS Quality Engineer - Workstation Products

Location: Fort Collins, Colorado, United States of America; onsite role

Salary: $83,000–$120,350 annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Design and integrate quality requirements, processes, and practices into workstation product development and manufacturing.
• Review product designs, specifications, test data, and process results to identify quality issues, trends, and failure risks.
• Perform root-cause analysis, develop recommendations, and implement corrective changes to improve quality and reduce defects and costs.
• Track and report quality performance metrics and communicate issue analyses to product stakeholders.
• Collaborate with management, internal teams, and outsourced manufacturing and development partners.
• Represent quality engineering on complex projects and mentor less-experienced staff.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in industrial, manufacturing, electrical, electronics, or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 4–7 years of experience in quality assurance, reliability, or a related field; an advanced degree may be combined with 3–5 years of experience.
• Experience with quality management, product quality, risk management, process improvement, and root-cause analysis.
• Knowledge of CAPA, ISO 9000, Good Manufacturing Practices, auditing, data analysis, test planning, and test automation.
• Ability to manage complex problems and projects independently, communicate effectively, and guide less-experienced colleagues.
