What you will do

• Provide comprehensive fund accounting services including NAV review and preparation.
• Review and prepare pricing of portfolios in accordance with valuation policies.
• Calculate and allocate capital calls, distributions, and management fees.
• Review investor allocations and ensure capital transactions are recorded accurately.
• Prepare NAV packages and assist with audited financial statements and regulatory services.
• Coach and mentor team members while communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• University degree or professional designation (ACPA, CPA, CMA).
• At least 3 years of experience in fund administration, with 2+ years in private equity.
• Proficiency in private equity accounting systems, specifically Investran.
• Strong knowledge of private equity structures, waterfall calculations, and limited partnership agreements.
• Proven experience in supervisory, coaching, or mentoring roles.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Toronto office.
