Senior Fund Accountant, Private Equity

Salary: CAD 72,000–CAD 105,600 yearly

What you will do

• Provide fund accounting services for private equity clients, including NAV preparation, accruals, security pricing, and cash and position reconciliations.
• Price portfolio holdings according to fund documents and valuation policies.
• Calculate and allocate capital calls, distributions, management fees, and waterfall structures.
• Prepare investor allocations, NAV packages, service-level deliverables, and ad hoc reports.
• Assist with audited financial statements, audit requests, and regulatory services.
• Coordinate deliverables and requests with internal teams and external clients.

Requirements

• University degree or professional designation such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA is an asset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Prior fund accounting experience is desired but not required.
• Ability to communicate with internal teams and external clients and meet agreed deliverables.
