Location: Manila, Philippines; hybrid setup with 2 days onsite and 3 days remote

What you will do
- Provide first-line IT support by phone, email, and chat.
- Manage service desk tickets, requests, and escalations to other service teams.
- Support onsite meetings and events, including physical hardware and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Install and configure operating systems and application software.
- Implement system security and data backup best practices.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with IT support staff to ensure smooth setup processes.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Available to complete at least 500 hours of internship training.
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup with 2 onsite days and 3 remote days in Manila.
- Knowledge of network security and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Windows and macOS desktop operating systems, Microsoft applications, Microsoft Teams, Windows Server, Zoom, Adobe, and other business applications.
