What you will do
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical incidents across teams.
- Plan and execute network changes and infrastructure projects.
- Set up, configure, and deploy network services.
- Collaborate with technical units and service delivery teams to maintain optimal network performance.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in the related industry.
- Strong expertise in network administration.
- Experience with Cisco routing, switching, core networking, and routing protocols.
- Experience managing and supporting enterprise data center infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco and Meraki wireless environments.
- Expertise with Cisco, Fortinet, and Palo Alto network security products and firewalls.
