Denials Prevention Revenue Cycle Analyst (AI)

Location: Remote - Nationwide (United States); travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations may be required as business needs dictate.

Salary: $62,500–$79,800 annually, based on experience.

What you will do

• Analyze claims, payments, account reconciliations, denials, underpayments, and revenue leakage.
• Review and validate claim and payment data and interpret contract reimbursement terms.
• Prepare revenue cycle operations reports, metrics, and analyses for service-level performance.
• Identify root causes, recommend corrective actions, and support assigned underpayment projects.
• Analyze historical data and staffing levels to forecast future requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, escalate complex issues, and support process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings effectively.
• Advanced use of AI and experience managing teams using AI to support process and technology improvements, including exploration, experimentation, and application.
• Ability and willingness to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations when required by business needs.
