Sr Staff Engineer - Analog IC

What you will do

• Lead the design and development of high-accuracy analog and mixed-signal ICs that meet product specifications and delivery timelines.
• Own critical chip subsystems and serve as the technical lead across cross-functional development teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Definition, Test, Verification, Reliability, and Product Engineering.
• Drive circuit architecture and design innovation to improve performance and efficiency.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns and communicate technical results through reports and presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronics, or a related engineering field and 12+ years of analog IC design experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Deep knowledge of CMOS/BiCMOS analog circuit design and strong mixed-signal design experience.
• Technical leadership experience on chip development projects.
• Expertise with Cadence design, simulation, and verification tools, including Verilog-AMS, SystemVerilog, and mixed-signal simulation.
• Experience with analog block and full-chip schematic design, process-corner analysis, post-layout simulation, and LVS/DRC/PEX verification.
• Understanding of DFM, reliability, yield optimization, parasitics, matching, ESD, latch-up, crosstalk, IR drop, MEMS model translation, design documentation, characterization, and DFMEA.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.

Nice to have

• Postgraduate qualification such as an MSc or PhD in a relevant field.
• Experience with mixed-signal laboratory validation techniques and equipment.
• Experience translating haptic actuator models into equivalent circuits.
• Familiarity with high-voltage and high-current ASIC design.
• Experience with chip top-level verification and production.
