Accounts Payable Team Leader

Location: Must have rights to work in Spain and commute daily to Barcelona office

What you will do

• Lead and manage the accounts payable team, providing guidance, support, and training.
• Oversee full cycle of accounts payable including invoice processing, reconciliations, and expense reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and internal controls.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and collaborate with procurement to improve processes.
• Generate reports and assist in external audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role with strong leadership skills.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Rights to work in Spain and ability to commute to office daily.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
