What you will do

• Manage the SAP software portfolio, including license compliance, contract updates, and cost allocation.
• Apply deep knowledge of SAP licensing concepts, indirect usage rules, and product use rights.
• Leverage SAP4Me and system measurement tools like LAW and USSM to provide cost transparency.
• Negotiate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to drive savings and mitigate risks.
• Develop and implement best practices for software asset management services.
• Support day-to-day operations of the global SAM team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in managing SAP software portfolios in an enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of license models, SAP RISE, and contract management.
• Hands-on experience with SAM and SAP system measurement tools.
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including Power Query.
• Fluent English (B2+ level) required for global collaboration.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience in P&L calculations.
