Test Lead, Delivery and Governance

What you will do

• Support test data readiness tracking across multiple banking testing workstreams.
• Monitor dependencies, issues, remediation actions, and data quality.
• Track defect aging, severity, volumes, and root-cause patterns; escalate systemic issues.
• Build and maintain Jira dashboards for SIT, E2E, UAT, and regression testing.
• Produce status reports, highlight risks and trends, and prepare materials for governance forums.
• Maintain Confluence testing documentation, QA resource models, communications, and onboarding materials.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in QA, testing, or delivery roles.
• Experience in Canadian banking or wealth management is required.
• Experience supporting early delivery phases, including SIT/E2E onboarding, test setup, and coordination.
• Strong working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Excel, including pivot tables, and PowerPoint.
• Solid understanding of testing lifecycle phases.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, organization, follow-through, and client-facing communication skills.

Nice to have

• Exposure to test data management practices.
• Scrum Master or project coordination experience.
• Experience in large, multi-vendor programs implementing new solutions from scratch.
