Test Manager (DV Clearance Required)

Location: London, UK — hybrid, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote; 100% home working is not permitted. Developed Vetting clearance requires continuous residence in the United Kingdom for the last 10 years; some posts may be restricted to sole UK Nationals.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end test strategy, planning, execution, reporting, and governance for a complex enterprise programme.
• Lead functional, integration, system, non-functional, automation, performance, and operational acceptance testing.
• Manage Test Analysts, Test Leads, Automation Engineers, third-party suppliers, resources, risks, defects, and delivery timelines.
• Develop and manage test scripts, test cases, test execution activities, and technical testing assets.
• Drive automation-first quality assurance practices and continuous improvement across multiple teams.
• Provide clear test reporting and governance updates to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Test Manager delivering end-to-end testing on large-scale enterprise programmes.
• Proven experience owning test strategies, managing System Integration Testing, defects, risks, test data, and quality assurance processes.
• Strong software testing background across functional, integration, system, and non-functional testing.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Microsoft Visual Studio, Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and Tricentis NeoLoad or similar performance testing tools.
• Practical knowledge of API testing, integration testing, Agile delivery, and complex business-critical project environments.
• Active SC Clearance issued within the last 5 years, with eligibility and willingness to obtain mandatory DV Clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Playwright and Cypress.
• Knowledge of .NET/C#, JMeter, Postman, RestAssured, SQL, and SharePoint or similar enterprise platforms.
• ISTQB and/or AWS certification.
• Experience in secure government or highly regulated environments.
