What you will do

• Lead end-to-end testing strategy, planning, execution, and governance for large-scale enterprise programmes.
• Manage testing activities across multiple teams, third-party suppliers, and complex integrated systems.
• Drive quality assurance best practices, including automation-first approaches and continuous improvement.
• Manage stakeholders, risks, resources, and delivery timelines to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Coordinate Test Analysts, Test Leads, and Automation Engineers to deliver fit-for-purpose technical assets.
• Provide clear test reporting and defect management to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Test Manager delivering end-to-end testing on large-scale programmes.
• Active SC Clearance (issued within the last 5 years) and eligibility for Developed Vetting (DV).
• Must have resided continuously in the UK for the last 10 years to qualify for DV clearance.
• Strong background in functional, integration, and non-functional testing within Agile environments.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Selenium, and performance testing tools like NeoLoad.
• Proven ability to manage System Integration Testing (SIT) and complex project environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Playwright, Cypress, .NET/C#, JMeter, Postman, and SQL.
• ISTQB or AWS certifications.
• Previous experience in secure government or highly regulated sectors.
