Clinical Vendor Oversight Senior Informaticist (Healthcare)

Location: Louisville, Kentucky, United States. Home or hybrid home/office arrangements are referenced, with dedicated workspace requirements for protecting member PHI and HIPAA information. Travel may be up to 25%.

Salary: $97,900–$133,500 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Develop and deliver operational reports, dashboards, routine vendor metrics, and ad hoc analyses for clinical vendor oversight.
• Integrate, validate, and analyze internal and external data sources, mastering complex clinical data fields.
• Identify process gaps, performance trends, and opportunities to improve vendor programs and clinical operations.
• Apply advanced modeling, optimization, and disciplined analytics to support program quality and revenue growth.
• Document business requirements and coordinate with analytics, IT, finance, business stakeholders, leadership, and external clinical vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of data analytics experience, including 3+ years in data mining, trend identification, and data-driven business recommendations.
• Experience with SQL, SaaS, business intelligence, visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, and Excel.
• Ability to communicate and present data findings to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze moderately complex to complex data-related issues.
• Ability to work from a dedicated space that protects member PHI and HIPAA information.

Nice to have

• Databricks or Snowflake experience.
• Python and PySpark experience.
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma, process automation, healthcare authorization data, claims data, relational data models, and disparate data-source mapping.
