hirify.global is building a customer feedback intelligence platform that converts unstructured feedback into a structured, queryable source of truth using natural language processing, serverless computing, analytics, and open-source technologies.

What you will do

• Design and deliver Graph Platform components from high- and low-level design through implementation, rollout, and post-launch ownership.
• Improve reliability, latency, performance, throughput, correctness, cost, and operational readiness across the knowledge graph, data systems, Model Repository, LLM self-hosting platform, and model pipelines.
• Investigate production issues beyond their immediate symptoms and implement durable fixes.
• Build metrics, alerts, runbooks, tests, rollback plans, and other safeguards for safe and observable production changes.
• Own on-call and production responsibility for a platform area while collaborating with product engineers, product managers, SRE, and adjacent teams.
• Raise engineering standards through code review, testing, documentation, mentoring, and support for more junior engineers.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, including ownership of a meaningful production component from conception to deployment.
• 3+ years at one organization designing, building, deploying, and operating a significant backend, data, or infrastructure component.
• Experience working through moderate ambiguity, making design trade-offs, and delivering with limited direction.
• Strong production engineering practices, including comprehensive testing, edge-case analysis, metrics, alerts, runbooks, rollback plans, and debugging.
• Hands-on experience with high-throughput data systems or asynchronous pipelines; experience with DynamoDB, ClickHouse, Snowflake, or model hosting and inferencing is valuable.
• Experience with Golang, Python, or another object-oriented programming language, plus mentoring and cross-team collaboration experience.

• Direct experience with DynamoDB, ClickHouse, Snowflake, or model hosting and inferencing.
• An AI-native working style that uses AI tools while validating outputs and preserving engineering quality.
