Operations Strategy and Business Intelligence Professionals (AI)

What you will do

• Partner with operations departments on strategic topics and operational priorities.
• Own strategic planning, including KPI setting, target revisions, long-term modelling, and expansion plans.
• Identify process and strategy improvements through technology solutions, benchmarking, and best practices.
• Explore and implement high-value AI opportunities across operations.
• Lead or support operational projects, manage scope and requirements, and align stakeholders.
• Monitor performance metrics and design analyses and models to support decision-making.

Requirements

• University degree, preferably in engineering, economics, or management.
• 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, consulting, or an equivalent field.
• Strong ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative analyses and solve complex business problems.
• Excellent command of Google Sheets/Excel and good command of BI tools.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Turkish.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical thinking, adaptability, and initiative.
