Research Executive - DACH (Market Research)

What you will do

• Implement and coordinate market research projects, including programming and testing surveys.
• Set up questionnaires and monitor fieldwork on the hirify.global platform to ensure high data quality.
• Adapt questionnaires for various methods such as MaxDiff, Conjoint, and concept testing.
• Monitor survey performance and proactively resolve issues during fieldwork.
• Collaborate with Research Consultants on analysis and reporting to deliver client insights.
• Integrate AI capabilities into research processes in coordination with the Product team.

Requirements

• Degree in psychology, business administration, statistics, or a similar data-related field.
• 1-2 years of work experience in market research.
• German language proficiency (C2 level).
• Fluency in English.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Analytical thinking and high attention to detail.
