Associate Planner (E-commerce)

What you will do

• Support annual and seasonal sales budgets and forecasts using historical performance, market trends, and customer demand.
• Prepare sales, margin, stock, SKU-level, and class-level analyses for merchandise planning and trading decisions.
• Analyse assortment performance, inventory flow, size profiles, localisation opportunities, and regional customer behaviour.
• Monitor in-season performance across categories and channels and prepare weekly and monthly reports highlighting risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
• Support channel-level assortment planning, allocation, replenishment, markdown, and reallocation activities.
• Collaborate with Buying, Commercial, Digital, Finance, Supply Chain, Warehouse, brands, and suppliers to support planning execution and business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a relevant field.
• 2–3 years of merchandise planning experience in multi-channel retail or e-commerce.
• Strong numerical, analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge and strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience with financial analysis and merchandise planning tools.
• Proficiency in English, with strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
