DevOps Manager

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of 6–7 DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering professionals.
• Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines for fast and reliable software delivery.
• Drive infrastructure automation with Ansible, Terraform, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Lead monitoring and observability initiatives using Prometheus, Grafana, and Elastic Stack.
• Define standards for automation, deployment safety, operational workflows, security, compliance, and reliability.
• Manage infrastructure and automation initiatives within scope and budget while improving deployment efficiency and reducing failure rates.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing DevOps, SRE, or similar engineering teams.
• Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and Linux systems.
• Experience mentoring engineers and developing technical talent.
• Experience with AWS or Azure, scripting, and automation tools.
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, security, and reliability best practices.
• Fluent English required; the role is based in Lisbon, Portugal.
