Lead Project Controls, Planning & Scheduling

Location: Westwood, Massachusetts, United States. Hybrid schedule with at least three days in the office, including Tuesdays and Wednesdays; availability to work up to five days in the office may be required. Travel between Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire is required as necessary.

Annual salary: $135,230–$150,250, plus potential incentive.

What you will do

• Lead the Transmission and Engineering Planning & Scheduling Team, including work allocation, coaching, training, and quality review.
• Develop, maintain, and baseline project schedules for capital improvement projects from authorization through close-out.
• Track and report project performance, schedule variances, critical paths, productivity, resource loading, and other program metrics.
• Coordinate schedule submissions and performance reporting with engineering, construction, procurement, project controls, and external vendors.
• Support change control, baseline validation, contract change request analysis, vendor disputes, and schedule risk mitigation.
• Ensure scheduling processes, corporate procedures, regulatory requirements, audits, and corrective actions are followed.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of related experience, including at least 5 years supervising or leading dynamic, cross-functional teams supporting project execution and process improvement.
• Advanced experience using and managing Oracle Primavera P6; administration and training experience preferred.
• Experience with Maximo, P6, Ariba, eBuilder, Power BI, and Excel.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, scheduling models, risk management, project information systems, cost analysis, forecasting, and performance tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience desired.
• Must be available for emergency restoration assignments and required regional travel. Eversource does not offer immigration-related visa sponsorship for this position.

• Project Management Professional certification.
