Salary: $63,360–$114,120 annually for a full-time schedule. Location-specific ranges may apply in California, Colorado, Massachusetts, New York City, Washington, and Washington, DC.

What you will do

• Support user research through interviews, workshops, usability testing, and analysis of customer feedback.
• Create journey maps, personas, workflows, wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and experience concepts.
• Design intuitive, accessible, inclusive, and customer-focused digital experiences.
• Collaborate with designers, researchers, engineers, and product teams to translate customer and business needs into practical solutions.
• Communicate design concepts through presentations, visual storytelling, prototypes, and design reviews.
• Contribute to AI-enabled experience projects and evaluate concepts through testing, feedback, and iteration.

Requirements

• Recent or expected completion of a bachelor's degree, associate degree, or equivalent practical experience.
• Academic, internship, volunteer, or project experience in UX design, human-centred design, interaction design, psychology, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
• Understanding of user-centred design principles and design thinking methodologies.
• Experience creating wireframes, journey maps, prototypes, user flows, or similar design deliverables.
• Experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar design tools.
• Ability to interpret user feedback and research insights and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Portfolio demonstrating UX, product design, service design, or innovation projects.
• Exposure to usability testing, customer research, or workshop facilitation.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Interest in AI-enabled experiences and emerging interaction patterns.
• Experience with AI-supported tools such as Figma AI, Miro AI, or Adobe Firefly.
